"Aint Nothin for Dreamers but Dreams" ~ Sandra Lue Alvis
This is a quote from my grandmother that I will continue to acknowledge for the rest of my life. I believe this quote is talking about all of the people in the world that have dreams but never allow those dreams to become actions. Those "dreamers" will continue to dream rather than take action because they have no idea what a simple dream can become. I on the other hand, would rather be a person that has a dream that can be turned into a reality merely because I know a simple dream can be the one thing that can change the mantality of man and cause an overall new outlook on life itself.

Camp Ockanickon


On Friday, May 13th, the senior mentors will be going to Camp Ockanickon to work on their leadership skills and to bond a little more before we graduate. I believe that this is an amazing opportunity that will allow us to take our minds off all the “senior year stress”, relax, and have a little fun. This year has definitely been an experience that I will never forget. Due to the senior mentor experience, I have learned a number of things about my fellow classmates that I would have never taken the time to find out. I feel that this experience has enabled me to be more considerate for others and in the process has taught me a lot about myself.

    It's a good thing to know that the Seminar program benefits the senior as well as the freshmen.
