"Aint Nothin for Dreamers but Dreams" ~ Sandra Lue Alvis
This is a quote from my grandmother that I will continue to acknowledge for the rest of my life. I believe this quote is talking about all of the people in the world that have dreams but never allow those dreams to become actions. Those "dreamers" will continue to dream rather than take action because they have no idea what a simple dream can become. I on the other hand, would rather be a person that has a dream that can be turned into a reality merely because I know a simple dream can be the one thing that can change the mantality of man and cause an overall new outlook on life itself.

Mingling With Moreland #9

During my weekly meeting with my mentor, Mr. Moreland, we talked about my field trip with my sponsor and my visit that we are taking to the Garden project this weekend. I explained to Mr. Moreland my plans for my presentation and my paper. He thinks that my horticultural therapy session is a great idea and that the information that I receive from Mrs. Pricilla will help make the information more accurate for my paper. I believe that everything is going well so far and that everything is coming together like I planned for a change. I can’t wait to get in the dirt this weekend and I hope that I get that feeling that I had when I planted in the garden when I was younger.

    I'll be thinking of you as I add soil and worms to the compost pile I started behind my house a few weeks ago :)
